Personnellement, je trouve que six s\u00e9ances de 90 minutes (plus une heure d\u2019entretien pr\u00e9liminaire) est un bon standard.<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u2019aucuns se demandent alors comment il est possible de travailler en profondeur et d\u2019obtenir des effets durables en seulement six s\u00e9ances\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

En tant que coach, mon but est de me rendre inutile le plus t\u00f4t possible. La relation entre le coach et le client ne doit en aucun cas \u00eatre une relation de d\u00e9pendance. Au contraire : le coach est l\u00e0 pour donner une orientation, pour <\/span>initier <\/b>le processus de changement avec le\/la client(e). Il se peut tr\u00e8s bien que l\u2019objectif du\/de la client(e) ne soit pas encore totalement atteint \u00e0 la fin du coaching et que cela dure plus longtemps. L\u2019essentiel est d’ouvrir la voie. C\u2019est le\/la client(e) et lui ou elle seul.e qui fait le vrai travail de changement et de transformation personnelle ! Personne ne peut le faire \u00e0 sa place. En tant que coach, je ne donne pas de conseils.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
