J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans plusieurs pays, dans plusieurs langues, et pratiquement toujours dans un contexte international. En particulier, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de me familiariser avec les d\u00e9fis de la coop\u00e9ration entre Fran\u00e7ais<\/strong>, Allemands<\/strong> et Britanniques<\/strong>. J\u2019ai souvent fait le constat que peu d\u2019efforts \u00e9taient entrepris pour comprendre les malentendus culturels qui surgissent in\u00e9vitablement et pour mettre les diff\u00e9rentes nationalit\u00e9s sur la m\u00eame longueur d\u2019onde. Dans bien des cas, des objectifs financiers de court terme sont mis en priorit\u00e9 alors m\u00eame que les bases d\u2019une coop\u00e9ration fructueuse entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes ne sont pas pr\u00e9sentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u00e0 encore, mon approche g\u00e9n\u00e9rale reste la m\u00eame que dans les autres types de coaching\u00a0: centr\u00e9e sur la personne et ses propres ressources<\/strong>. Ma valeur ajout\u00e9e ne sera pas tant de vous apporter des savoirs suppl\u00e9mentaires sur telle ou telle culture, que de m\u2019appuyer sur mon exp\u00e9rience pour vous aider \u00e0 vous poser les bonnes questions, auxquelles vous trouverez vos propres r\u00e9ponses<\/strong>.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n
